Bar n Grill scene w/ outside wall mural

Anyone know the name and or location of the bar n grill where Alan King intoduces Billy Crystal to a series of extras, when they leave and go outside for Billy to hail a cab, a great mural is shown. Any clues as to where it was filmed? Hopefully the mural still exists.....
