Really something else

As a christian, I was slightly offended by some of the gorier parts (an axe to the chest! EWWWW!) but in all I thought this was a tense little movie that also had some pretty interesting "ecological" overtones as well. I wish I could go camping in that beautiful valley, but I'd surely stay away from that creepy little man that was running around. He looked like the little boy from Road Warrior.

Gory parts, I didn't see any gory parts. Come on, this is a made for TV movie, is so not gory. It's a good "bad" movie, but has little gore, I mean a axe to the chest would have a person bleeding a little more than that guy bled. Hell, when they where carring him back to the camp site you could even see any blood on his chest. I think you better stick to My little Pony and Fraggle Rock.

Actually Jake i think you should check out the remake of The Hills Have Eyes, Hostel and the uncut version of Cannibal Holocaust on a triple bill. That should sort you out!

reply

Yeah, I've checked out those three. Not as gory as this. Also, I've watched all the Guinnea Pig movies, Salo, Love Camp 7, Man Behind the Sun and about 32,000 other flicks (many of which might actually be illegal in this country) but this, still, is the goriest. Sorry, can't top the MVM dude.
