SteamPunk

Do fans of the SteamPunk genre ever talk about this movie? I haven't seen it since renting it back in '92 from my now defunct neighborhood Rent-a-Video store, but after watching a documentary on SteamPunk I wonder if any fans of that genre are familiar with this film. It seems to draw on the idea of technology being based of traditional machinery (Pipes, steam, gears) as opposed to digital, laser beams, and synthetic chemistry.
