Do you think they killed her mother?

The movie doesn't really touch on this, but they could have killed her mother to get the whole thing rolling. After all, Mike says he had been working on this for a year, and her mother would have been alive a year earlier; so at that point, she wouldn't have been as rich. Not as much to go around on a three-way cut. I think one of the three of them killed her!

Yes, and my guess is the childhood friend who became a cop was the real ringleader of this whole thing. Sure wish it was revealed why he had it in for her like that. Those three creeps take the cake in sheer fodder for every woman who cries that men are all beasts!

Well, it's pretty clear that Olivia was Mike's childhood love. And then she later rejected him. Jilted love + class tensions = pscyhotic rage on Mike's part.

More like Mike was a narcissist. I mean, to do what they did to that young woman is so sociopathic, it's almost comical. What is not amusing though, is how many real-life situations like this happen. I think another viewing of this film is in order. Thanks for reminding me about it.
