please help! stupid sumbliminal message

ok i actually do like this movie and all and have`t seen it in years but i can`t find it anywhere to rent. Has anyone seen the supposed sumbliminal message?? Just tell us please. Or I wonder if it`s all just a hoax.

yeah in the trivia section it says that about 30 min into the film there is a message written on the wave of a night scene of a beach. Just wondering if anyone has actually seen it. thanks!

No, its NOT there. I have the VHS, laserdisc and the widescreen DVD and NOTHING. I checked for that particular scene numerous times, and there is nothing but a moonlight, waves, the beach and a beachsign.

It's not a hoax, there is a message - it is "Please Keep Chairs" :)

It appears exactly at 00:29:16, I think it's a reference to the sign boards we see near beaches which say "Please keep chairs off beach"

Oh wow. Haha thanks a lot Ninja! I saw the movie on Crackle sometime last year and I couldn't see it. At least now I know:)

It's not a subliminal message. It's just a sign on the beach. It was probably an accident which, if anyone on the production staff noticed, was left in because it wasn't cost-effective to remove it at the time.
