The pose and action are just the same as in 'Dial M For Murder' when Grace Kelly gropes, reaching for the scissors to save herself from her attacker. In a humorous note, Miyamoto ends up not grasping the scissors, but picks up a tape dispenser, and whacks it over the head of her attacker.
