When that cop got Jack at gunpoint in the precinct during the escape, what was it with Sally's hand that made him scream? Even if she was alive that didn't justify his reaction.

I actually thought the guy saw something else because I figured a seasoned cop wouldn’t freak out like that.

Probably just freaked out at seeing a dead body near to him.
