failed spelling

The correct spelling is not "Man spricht deutsh",
but "Man spricht deutsch".

In the IMDb title there is a "c" missing.

You're right. The correct spelling of the word is "Deutsch".
But still, the title of the movie is right.
It's supposed to be that way.
Translation of the title means "German speaking".
But the movie circles around a stereotypical vacation of the 80s.
It's kind of a play with words, similar to "Spanglish".
Basically, the title wants to say: "Germans are one of the major tourist groups in Italy. Welcome, but not necessarily liked. You even can have your Wiener Schnitzel here, but it might taste a bit different. We (tourist guides and such) even speak German, but it won't be perfect. After all, you're a cheap tourist in a cheap locale".
---> Title has been spelled that way on the posters intentionally, the spelling of IMDB is correct.
