Plot Hole? Spoilers

Don’t the parents wonder where Natalie is? She went on a date with Karl Marx and never came home? I realize Les’s mother is in labor but, Rudy went to the garage. It isn’t strange that Natalie didn’t???? Also, she seems like the smartest person in that family. I thought the world would stop if she got lost.
