Funniest Part of the movie

I think the funniest part was when the guy with the yellow outfit and hat heels broke & the fish fell out and he started limping. This was one of the funniest things ive EVER SEEN!

Too many to name. The scene that stands out in my head now is the "Ghetto Olympics"

When the white guy with a wig (stunt double)kicks the peoples asses in the restaraunt.

reply

Saw this years ago when I was a kid, it was hilarious. I don't remember the ghetto olympics part? I do remember the woman with all those force body parts and that male stunt double of a woman with a beard doing back flips - really funny!

reply

Ohhhhh when the Saint-aint-aint-aints go marching in & in & in.....weeeeeeeee....I wanna be in that number.

reply

Cherry.

The part where they meet the girl in the club that turns out to a have contacts, wig, fake leg, fake butt. "Don't make me hop after you!"

reply

When Kadeem and Damon get beat up by the mother in her apartment, and they're explaining what happened to their boss. I just love it when Kadeem blurts out "and then he shot me!"
Those two are hilarious in this flick. I also liked David Allen Grier's bit during the Ghetto Olympics, and Keenan's bit about the midgets- "...that's not a family, that's a gang!"

reply

When jack has a little cut on his finger and he lights a needle and then uses a piece of ripped off clothing to tie it up. lmao

reply

the midget thing was hilarious!!!! i think the line was something like,

"a family of midgets arent children, thats a gang!"

for some reason the way he said it was hilarious!

reply

Yeah, the midget part is really funny but my part has got to be
when Damon waynes was screaming and Kadeem Hardison came running and said
Willy are you all alright I heard you screaming and Damon said I aint screaming
I was whistling and Kadeem said Willy you were whistling get this bitch off
a me

reply

The part with the hooker was hilarious.

R.I.P. Uncle Steve

reply

for me its either part where slade blows up and damon says "you farted?" or the part where spade is coming up and damon tells he guy to get next to the door and then the door opens and its one of damon's minions and then they shoot him.

reply

I love the part when Kung Fu Joe was on the phone after being shot, and he explains what the cops are going to do and John answering machine goes "Gotcha! I'm not at home!"

Also, when Isaac Hayes' bullets go off near the end is hillarious. Best death ever

reply

>>>When Kadeem and Damon get beat up by the mother in her apartment, and they're explaining what happened to their boss. I just love it when Kadeem blurts out "and then he shot me!" <<<

oh my god - I was in tears during that scene !!!

Damon just describing the whole thing : "and then he hit me from behind ! I was down, I was like this ... I was laying down & then he came up and hit me...."

Damon has never been funnier !!!

When Jack Spade goes to Kalinga, the black panther.

Jack: There's something wrong with this community.
Kalinga: Yes.

Jack: And somebody needs to do something!
Kalinga: Yes!

Jack: Now brother, will you help me?
Kalinga: (fist raised) Yes! Well-

reply

Some of my favorite parts are:

When the Kung Fu guy gets surrounded by all the cops. (Not exact at all) "Ohhh, so what is this? You pathetic cops want to challenge ME? I am the master of Karate, Kung Fu, Jujitsu, and all kinds of other **** you aint never heard of!" *Cops look at eachothe and all pull their guns out and blow him away.*

When Jack Slate comes rappelling down and everyone thinks he is going to do something bad ass and all of the sudden the dynamite blows up early. I was ROFL when I saw that, it was so unexpected.

reply

When Jack run out and Slade runs after him. Then Kadeem and Damon start shooting at them on the top of the roof. Jack starts screaming like a little girl.

Homey the clown, don't mess around. Even though the man, try to put him down.

reply

The funniest parts of the movie were:

When Jack goes home with that women from the bar and everything about her is fake.

When Fly Guy gets our of prison and is walking down the street and everyone's laughing at him because of his outfit.

When Cheryl has cramps and is walking home Leonard is following her.

reply

That part when Cheryl has cramps kills me.

I also love when Jack and Slade go to the bar and Kim Wayans is singing on the floor.

There's also a part where Jack and Slade are getting shot at. This guy dies and his girlfriend rummages through his pockets for the ring she was expecting.

And who could forget Flyguy's Pimp of the Year poem!

reply

the first time I saw the movie, the "No, crrrramps!" bit made me laugh so hard I literally fell out of the bed. The worst part was, my husband was asleep so I had to die laughing silently.

Many other great scenes, but I gotta put that one first, I think.

reply

Yo, when I saw the Subject line for this thread I was hoping someone would mention that scene. It by far the funniest scene in a very funny movie.

reply

For me its a toss up between Flyguy competing for Pimp of the Year, or the part where Kung Fu Joe fights the cops...

"So... Just you 57 punks against Kung Fu Joe? Master of KARATE, KUNG FU, JU JITSU... And a whole lot of other sh*t you ain't never heard of."

Honorable mention to when Slade goes to see Jack's mom, who says she needs him, and then he goes: "I've been pretty horny myself lately."

This movie changed my life when I was a small kid, and its still one of my top 3 favorites!

The Flyguy and Kung Fu Joe scenes are hilarious--the one line that always gets me:

"Now, you got a .45 revolver that holds six bullets! Now, I counted at least twenty shots and you never reloaded!"

"That's right..."

My favorite parts are when hammer took all those guns with him and then he slipped on some bullets, and when slammer and hammer were in the car and they rolled up on the bums at the stop sign. I liked how Hammer said, "get off the m** car" and peeled off.

reply

Thug: Hey hey, man. Look, I don't know any of that kung fu crap.

Hammer: Me neither.

Thug: Wanna fake it?

Hammer: I don't care.

Thug: HWAAAAAA!!!!!

Hammer: HIII-YAAAHH!

LMAO!!!!

reply

That "wanna fake it?" kung fu scene was one of the funniest things I have EVER seen in ANY movie!!!!

I've always loved that part.

reply

I LIKE THE PART WHERE THE GUY JUST PROPOSED TO HIS GIRL & HE GETS SHOT & killed and she says "hes dead cant you hear the music"? and they go to use him as a shield and he helps them lift his body up!!!

reply

There were a lot of funny scenes, but I really enjoyed the part with Chris Rock.

reply

"How much for just one rib?"

One scene not mentioned is Junebug's funeral when the lady interrupts the preacher: "Juuuunebug Spade?!?! Ain't this the Lester Wilson funeral?". Damn funny.

Also: "You're not selling Nu-Way products, are you?"

Kalinga was great, as well. Whitey IS tricky.

reply

When John Slade walks in after shooting Mr. Big saying the tagline of the movie: "I got you... sucka!"

Also, when Kadeem is too stupid to follow Damon's lie of what happened when they first tried to collect June Bug's money:
Kadeem: "Man, what dude?"
Damon: "Th.. The F UCKING DUDE MAN!" I was lmao

I the Bronze Knee Cap! With my deadly Bronze Knee Cap!

reply

I agree with the Damon Wayans line. Too funny.

reply

Guys playing theme music, and what I assumed at the time was a "Thriller" spoof... (although I'm not sure now!)

"It's not the years, honey, it's the mileage... "

I like when David Alan Grier, said, "Well I wouldn't know, I didn't grow up around blacks...all my friends joked on me because I didn't talk jiiiiive."

The way he said this was hilarious.

Too HOT To Handle!!! Too COLD To Hold!!!

reply

Oh yeah, another really funny part is when that militant man had those white kids, and he was getting so excited when his son was talking bad about white people...he was like, "Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeees." LMBO!

Too HOT To Handle!!! Too COLD To Hold!!!

reply

Kalinga: Yes, we marched on the Federal building. Five hundred of us young brothers, full of outrage.
[sighs]
Kalinga: They were hiring that day. The brothers came with guns; they left with jobs. Oh, yes, whitey is very tricky.
