I need help finding a Hound of the Baskervilles movie that I saw about 12 years ago on tv. I remember i as being a very scary movie but the again I was very young. But I do remember the way the Hound was shown in the movie as green dog legs running. If anybody have any idea of what Im talking about please write
I have to think you're right that this was the movie you saw. It was filmed in 1988 but was certainly shown on TV within the last 12 years (I'm in America, and it was certainly shown here in the last 12 years). The hound in question was tinted was phosphorus and in the film showed up as a ghostly, glowing light green. The dog's green legs are highlighted at the beginning of the film.

The other alternative is that it's from the 1983 Wintraub tv movie which seems to use similar special effects to the version veil25 describes (ie real dog with green effects added later).

In the 1959 version (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0052905/reference) the hound was quite scary.
