shareAs far as I know "Jef" releases horrible, unauthorized bootlegs with terrible quality from bad VHS tapes. Their DVDs are listed with release dates on amazon--but never become available.

shareI pre-ordered HIDE AND GO SHRIEK from Amazon when I first heard about the JEF release. I got notification from Amazon that it wasn't available and they would get back to me. In the meantime, I found a copy of the JEF DVD on eBay and bought it. Then out of nowhere, Amazon sent me the JEF DVD. So I had two, and gave one to a friend. The quality isn't great, it is taken from the VHS, but the menu is cool, and it's just nice to know that I don't have to worry about my VHS going bad. I'm happy with it -- at least until a better release comes along, if that ever happens.
