infamous deleted surgery scene?

Kirsty and Tiffany are trying to find their way out of the hospital after escaping Hell, and they end up in the basement where they run into a couple of surgeons who transform into Pinhead and the female cenobite and chase them. For years, people involved in the production said it was never filmed because the effects wouldn't work, but it turns it it actually was, but with incomplete effects, and it was included as a special feature in a recently released limited edition box set of the first three movies. Unfortunately, the set was only released in the UK because the company doesn't have the rights to release it anywhere else.
