Notice how the Kelly character keeps walking around half naked even though her house his full of cops and could be under attack from Michael. You think her father, the Sheriff, would tell her to put some pants on.

I was a very easily influenced 14 years old when I saw this movie and I thought Kelly's attire was the greatest thing about the movie lol

She was such a hot little slut.

My theory is that Kelly always walked around like that and her dad just gave up on trying to tell her to cover up. That could be why her dad doesn't say anything to her...he's just gotten used to her walking around half naked all the time lol

I definitely wouldn't be caught wandering around in my pants in front of my Dad, or any of my family for that matter. Pyjama bottoms or nightie at a push..!

Maybe it was more fashionably acceptable at the time. I have seen picture and old home videos of my mom and her female friends from that time period and they sometimes appeared wearing long sweatshirt over just underwear while in private at home.
