shareLoomis killed no one. A drunk Ben Tramer willingly walked into traffic. All he had to do was stop, talk or take off the mask, poof, instantly not Michael.
As for the rednecks, everyone was supposed to be inside, off the streets and behind locked doors. He didn't tell them to shoot at anything that moved. They are responsible for their own actions. I personally would not go on a Michael Myers hunt. I'd get as far away from him as possible, which they ultimately tried to do getting out of town.
