Question about Michael's appearance at the drugstore

We see Jamie hallucinate that she *is* young Michael. Then Michael Myers appears behind her, she clearly bumps INTO him.
He takes a half-hearted swipe at her, and she backs up into the mirror & shatters it. His image seems to disappear from her vision, as well as ours.

We assume he's just another hallucination, since she doesn't point him out, no one else sees him.

But after the group leaves, we see Michael's reflection in the broken mirror glass!
Was he really there, then? How did he manage not to be seen?




I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus.
Didn't he discover America?
