Ok call me slow or whatever you
like but can anyone explain the ending
to me. Why did she kill her
foster sister and why was
that dude freaking out.

When Jamie touched Michael his "evil" passed on to her and corrupted her. As such, she stabbed her foster mother, Mrs. Carruthers. She lived, according to part 5. The ending was set to have Jamie grow up to become the new Michael, but the new writers of 5 abandoned that idea.

Yeah i just watched 5 today. 4 made a little more sence to it but that is interesting to know about the plot summery for 5 that the writers abandoned. Thank you for your input

I think when Jamie touched her uncle, she got the STD of Thorn. However, they found a cure for it by Halloween 5.
