So... was she hindi? She doesn't look indian, and before you bring in the "anime characters don't look like their enthicities," Remember Lalah Sune was from India and actually looked hindi. While Quess looks white. Take in mind that Paraya is a hindi surname.

im pretty sure she just studied in India. given that shes white and most of America has been destroyed im assuming shes European.
