Virginia Madsen A Beautiful Ghost

She was perfect for this part very sultry and her good looks helped make the part memorable . An especially touching scene where she's listening to the street guy sing " Danny Boy " and then she begins crying. I wonder why Lifetime movies or TNT doesn't show this and edit out the r- rated stuff.

I agree about Virginia Madsen in this role. For fun, I thought and thought, and could not name one other actress who could've done that role as good as she did. And, as far as her tears when Jimbo is singing "Danny Boy", that really added some complexity to her character. What I mean is, remember when the character played by Frederick Forrest, Father Georgi, said to Eddie something about a ghost not necessarily being a demon, the ghost may be scared or something like that. Virginia's character was definitely not that of an "evil spirit".
"You remind me of Lillian Gish."

She is very beautiful; she's Virginia Madsen! I would not mind being haunted by her.

That "Danny Boy" scene was especially memorable. It reminded me of Virginia's scene in "Sideways" where she speculates about the people, probably dead now, who produced the wine she's drinking.

I've always loved Virginia Madsen. She's like a Sharon Stone, but with acting talent!

She was one of the reasons making the film worth watching.

Smoking is a disgusting, vile practice but....damn, she sure makes it look sexy in this film!

At least you can't smell it through the screen.
