What you can do to get this released on DVD !

I have sent numerous emails to MGM regarding the release of the other Movie Tales they last replied in November with a "no release is planned for a while" type statement but I am emailing them once a week just to make sure they do not forget. I urge you all to do the same, go to www.mgm.com/dvd and click on the contact link at the bottom of the page. When selecting what department of MGM to contact select 'comments about this site' this is the only one that I have ever received a reply from. You can also select 'MGM DVD' from the list so you might want to try that as well. Let them know you are interested and that you want a quality release of the remaining titles.

I will post this message on all of the Cannon Movie Tale boards.

I recent read that Move Tales were being released on DVD this month, however The Frog Prince and Snow White are not amoung them - maybe soon.

Wrong. The Frog Prince and SLEEPING BEAUTY have not been released yet.

not in the US/Canada, but at least you can order Sleeping Beauty with an english track on MGM DVD from Australia (R4) or from France (R2). Frog Prince isn't available at all on DVD with an english track.

i know that 4 cannon movie tales films have relased on dvd (maybe more but thsoe r the ones i saw) mainly because i saw them in a store... however they were very inexpensive dvds (although definitely not pirated)...
those dvds were-- snow white, sleeping beauty, beauty and the beast (i think)and the frog prince.
im not too sure whether its available everywhrre and i still havent bought it because altho theyre cheap (probably because its not distributed by a well-known co) available in a good store that doesnt carry pirated stuff and even tho its one of my favourite flicks from when was a kid, im still wondering abt the quality.... maybe ill buy it later...

but cuz of that i definitely knows its released...

OMG you can get the frog prince...where from? I live in the UK and can't find it anywhere, I have multi region player so can buy from the US!!!

There was a German language version for Region 2 DVD players. Amazon, reports that the manufacturer is no longer making it, however.
