What did Darcy mean when she said to Stan "It's you. It's you inside me" after Stan felt the fetus kick inside her?

I always wondered about that line too lol!
I suspected it means a 'junior' of Stan or that the baby will be 'just like him'.

But it still was a strange, vaguely creepy line to me.

It means since this baby is yours and shares half ur DNA that a part of him is inside her.

What a stupid question. If you know where babies come from then commonsense should tell you what she meant.
