I love this movie too. Does anyone know if this will be released on DVD?

To purchase on DVD? I saw the VHS version on amazon but not DVD.

I believe MGM released a DVD-R of the film back in December.

That's an insane price to charge for a DVD, but I guess people are willing to pay that. I bought this on VHS for a buck, no knowing I already had it (for another buck).

I just saw it is on netflix.

edit: If you have the right software and hardware, you can convert VHS to digital, then either watch the video file or burn it as a DVD to watch on any dvd player. IT's on the same order as ripping your CDs so you can listen to them on your ipod etc.
