This film is a masterpiece of eighties schlocky horror and is the best Carry On film that never was. There are some classic come-backs by Elvira.

Chastity Pariah: "Well, I never!"

Elvira: "No, and you never will with those soup cans on your head."

And:

Lady newsreader: "Will nothing shame you?"

Elvira pointing at the newsreader's dress: "Wearing this in a public place ought to do it."

Old but good.

This film is a wonderful classic.

I still show it to mates that have never seen it and it wins them over.

It wasn't "Gone With The Wind" but it was funny and entertaining and I liked it. I especially like when she looks at the kids out the window with the green face cream on.

i loved the film as a kid and still do. i think a lot of people are just snooty like the towns people in the film.

this was a pretty smart movie; it was very 80's camp, but clever and it definitely was a lot of laughs.
