The name of the town is "Fallwell, Massachusetts". "Fallwell" as in...breasts that don't sag. I should've noticed that earlier considering this movie has a million other boob jokes lol.

I agree with red beard. It says the UPTIGHT TOWN of FALWELL so I'm pretty sure it's a shot at that son of a bitch preacher Jerry Falwell. May he burn in hell.
