Several scenes were shot at Oki Dog eatery. Does anyone know which Oki Dog this was?

Also, is this the same Oki Dog as shown in the 1985 movie "Out of Bounds"?

I understand there were two Oki Dogs in Los Angeles and one of them closed down. Any info would be appreciated.
