No repercussions for the kidnapping

It seemed incredible that nothing at all happened to Nicky for kidnapping the baby. I understand his reasoning, but it was flawed, and put the baby at risk.

I don't mean criminal charges, but for nothing at all to happen is unrealistic. Who's to say that he won't see another situation and react in a dangerous way. He really needs supervision.

I guess it's like looking at clouds. You see one thing and I see another. Peace.

I would think it would play out like this. Your first point....100% right on. The mother would drop charges as she knew the score. But to the second, he had been playing with his friends, holding down a job, and been responsible for years. In light of that, there may be a designate checking in on him but Id think that would be the extent of it.
