Actual Disaster

I remember being in high school and watching the news about the disaster in Arkansas. I remember seeing a lone security policeman holding his M-16 at port arms standing in the middle of the road that eventually led to the missile site. Waiting to see a mushroom cloud that thank God never happened. I remember a news commentator saying they were afraid to get too close because "The Strategic Air Command security policeman manning the roadblock would not hesitate to shoot us". LOL
