Man, I really wish this flick was out on DVD.
Anyone ever heard if there's plans on a DVD release? or is this thing just going to stay where it is, buried in someone's closet on VHS and never to be seen of or heard from again?!
i read today that an end of the year release is planned for the first one so maybe the other two will follow shortly.

shareLast I heard Penelope Spheeris was/is having a lot of trouble licensing the music used in the film. I'd imagine Sharon Osbourne would be up there waving her arms around for an innordinate amount of money for Ozzy's appearance. She should be bloody happy, at least he's coherent!

I caught it a while ago, on Sundance or IFC maybe & Tivo'd it. I've got a Humax model with a built-in DVD burner so I got mine that way! It took 2 discs, but at least there isn't any bleeps or editing, or commercials. I'd still buy a commercial release though, if they packed enough Extras in there.
