Composed by Lalo Schifrin. I have been looking for it for a long time, until I found "The Dead Pool: The Ultimate Dirty Harry Collection", a CD released in Germany. It's a bit differant though (about 1 min 25 sec) and was clearly recored from the movie. The sound is crystle clear, but the theme is shorter, say as little as 3 seconds. The track is titled "Main Title / The Pursuit". "The Pursuit" segment was when Harry was being followed by the Hit Men on the Bay Bridge. One word: BAD! Most of this part was taken from the Sudden Impact track "Unicorn's Head" and (supports my theory of being recored from the movie) avoided the parts where there was talking (Harry's radio). I am waiting for the REAL Dead Pool soundtrack Lalo Schifrin will release...hopefully soon. My question is: Where is the End Credits theme?!
