So he traps the killer at the end of the pier.
He knows he has no bullets left.
He's a cop.
& instead of arresting him, he impales the guy!
Doesn't that make Callahan a murderer?

No, playing dirty is a world away from murdering someone.

That crossed my mind. There was no reason to kill him, with a stupidly big harpoon gun, too, haha.
