Whatever happened to Marina Pierro??

Whatever happened to Marina Pierro, who plays Myriam in LOVE RITES/CEREMONIE D' AMOUR (1989)? She was very intriguing in the film, but it's the last credit I see for her on IMDB. Is she still working? Is she still living? LOVE RITES wasn't a great film by any means, but Marina's magnetic screen presence was undeniable.
