If most of the Browns family has moved towns, how comes Brad is the only one who came back, even though the town he's in knows about the Critters at their farm? Also, how comes Charlie decides to join the bounty hunters?

Brad is the only one who came back because hes the only one needed for the movie also others could have returned before we dont know
