The guy with the mustache shoots the humper (she could see him because the humper was reaching for his coat and not covering her), Pac-Man yells for an ambulance, and the skank still screams at Pac-Man for the shooting and tells the homies it was him. Cops actually come off pretty good compared to these creeps.

By that point, everyone in the hood knew who Pac-Man was and I'm sure they gladly used it as an excuse to get rid of him.
