Living in Miami Beach helped me, in part to find these 2 locations;
1).. Beach scene: Beach area twix 11th & 12th, Miami Beach
1b) Beach scene: children... beach play area twix 12 & 13 sts, miami beach
2).. Bungalow: where they stay at: NE corner of 7th St & Lenox Ave, Miami Beach
I pass by the bungalow every time I bike to shop at Publix on 6th St.
Anyone with other locations?..

The institute where they had the alien is actually the Miami Seaquarium and University of Miami Marine Biology Center.
