One of the scariest movies I've ever seen!

I have been a horror/ suspense movie fan for all of my life. I can't believe it took me this long (I am now 24 years old) to come across this movie! I watched it alone in the dark and I thought it was well crafted, the actors were pretty good, and it scared the HELL out of me!

I wish more people knew about this movie.

i agree...im scared to death of clowns and i remember seeing this movie when it came out on video. scared the hell out of me. im not even sure i could watch it now! no really...i wouldnt mind seeing it again. it scared me alot more than some of these new 'horror' films coming out (ie: the unborn, mirrors, etc)

Yeah, this was a very good horror movie, but sadly not a very well known one.

It's always better to fart in the toilet than to poop in your pants!

Sadly, this is my story as well. I remember seeing it when I was about six and when I turned 19 or so, another student mentioned something that made me think about this film. I'm 25 and just found out what the hell it is called. I must've watched it six or seven times.

How on earth could anyone find this movie scary? It sucked, it was horrible. I hate clowns and i still didn't find this movie creepy or scary at all, now the movie It on the other hand has one helluva creepy clown in it.

I was only about 6 years old when I saw this movie cause my brother picked it out in the video store on movie rental night cause he thought it was a kids movie and he thought it would be cool for the both of us. We watched it and we we're scared to death by the end of the movie, my mother watched it and it scared her too. When we all went to bed that night, none of us slept good that night cause we couldn't stop thinking about the movie. My dad worked on a towboat and when he came home he asked why we were so scared of that movie and he wanted to know what it was all about so he went and rented it and after he watched it, he wasn't scared at all he said what was so scary about that? But I can watch it now, its still a pretty freaky movie but it don't scare me like it did when I was 6.

It's a really scary movie, especially all of the nightmares.

I've always hated clowns, and considered them unsettling, bizarre creeps, so yeah, this movie was rather scary.

Boycott movies that involve real animal violence! (and their directors too)

I've always been a fan of horror movies and usually have a tough time finding ones that are actually scary. But when I watched Clownhouse for the first time a couple years ago, I was legitimately creeped out while watching it.
