As we all know by now, Sam Rockwell plays Randy, and I personally thought he was the best part of the whole movie. I don't know, I'm very sad to say that I hate this movie with a passion and the only thing I found good about this movie was Sam's performance as Randy. It's no wonder that he is now a pretty successful actor. I dunno.. Your thought:
shareI really didn't think so. I would rather take that wussy Casey over Randy any day of the week. Randy's character just didn't appeal to me by the way he was so mean in making fun of Casey's phobia of clowns. He was pretty much one-dimensional to me.
I kind of liked the middle boy the best because he was so caring and protective of his younger brother.

Exactly. Hope more people read this and this isn't considered old; I want to keep this going!! I recently got this (June 2004) and I watched it and didn't really like the movie really but yes loved Randy (I love Sammy) and I think he rules. Randy kicks BOTH of their asses, totally. The middle bro was so..umm..weird towards Casey and stuff. I liked Randy when he was like "you gonna feel each other up when I'm gone or what?" ha ha ha.

Well at first last year I saw commercials for it and it looked really funny so my sister and I said we were going to go see it at the movies but we never did. Then I heard about a Sam Rockwell so-and-so and I really really liked him so my mom got it on DVD so I watched it. I'm like Angela a little. It was suprises and twists and turns in the movie. Sam's in a lot of those. Yeah it was a pretty good movie.

The writing, the directing, the dialogue, and ALL of the acting was horrible!
