I finally saw this the other day after someone bought me it for Christmas. I had been after watching it for many years after seeing a trailer on the Island on Fire VHS.
It was well worth the wait, fantastic movie, my only gripe is a couple of the subtitles have a few spelling mistakes. Also the writing that appears on the screen at the end just before the credits start rolling doesn't have any English titles so I have no idea what it says.
