Family memory

I guess it was Nickelodeon that this cartoon was frequently played on, and me and my brother and sister would watch it all the time. I remember liking it and being amused and singing the song with my younger brother. It was fun and watching it now on youtube, it was hilarious. Back then, though, my little sister HATED it and cried everytime it came on. She thought it was totally creepy that the poor old man couldn't get rid of the cat and she didn't understand how it could be coming back. We still laugh about that even now and tease her by starting to sing the song!
