May be bad but not as bad as Happy Gilmore............ ...

Maybe this film is bad but I still like it(Jackie Mason is okay as a Dangerfield clone and not as annoying as Rodney is)and it may not measure up to being a classic as the original has been classified(Though no one is a better evil rich guy than Robert Stack)but even as bad as this movie is you gotta admit it's not nearly as terrible as Happy Gilmore was--now THERE was a movie with not one redeeming value!(

(although to be fair, it did star Adam Sandler who makes good movies like Rodney Dangerfield does G-rated comedies.....in other words he did it one time-The Wedding Singer-other than that all of Adam Sandler's movies always seem to suck and he is not really all that funny or that good an actor.....)

NOTE: for those wondering about what Dangerfield's only G-rated comedy was(at least to my knowledge)it was a cartoon movie called Rover Dangerfield.

You're kidding right?

This movie has absolutely no redeeming qualities and should have been destroyed.

"Happy Gilmore" was funny and well liked.

Happy Gilmore was great (better than even the original Caddyshack). But Caddyshack 2 is legendarily bad.

And actually The Wedding Singer is good, but its one of my least favorite Sandler films.

I'm a big fan of Adam Sandler and I understand he's not for everyone but come on to say that CaddyShack 2 is better then Happy Gilmore is BEEP crazy.

I agree, I also enjoyed Caddyshack II more. I didn't mind Happy Gilmore, but the more times I see it the more I lose interest in it. The more times I see Caddyshack II the more I enjoy it, it's just one of those movies that starts to grow on you over time.

I like 'Happy Gilmore' the first time I saw it. Still, the 'Caddyshack' movies are easier to watch, more than once.
