shareWest End star Stephanie Lawrence died of natural causes after suffering from liver disease, it has been revealed.
A coroner decided there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of the 50-year-old former Broadway actress.
Shirley Stewart, Fulham and Hammersmith Coroner's officer, said: "There will be no inquest because there were no suspicious circumstances.
"Following a post-mortem this morning it was established she died of natural causes."
A copy of Lawrence's death certificate showed the cause of death was "alcoholic liver disease".
The disclosure ended speculation that Lawrence, whose body was found by her husband, Laurie Sautereau, at their home in Fulham, west London, on Saturday, had committed suicide.
Mr Sautereau confirmed the death but refused to comment further.
