What's with the low score? This is easily the best Missing in Action movie. Sure, it's campy fun, but it's still fun. It deserves a 5.0 at least. I especially liked the scene where Chuck fires the grenade into the guy's stomach. I only wish these films would get a proper anamorphic widescreen/dual layer treatment.
Maybe someday they'll make a fourth one.

shareIt's got a low score because the critics won't even take it seriously. They don't see Chuck Norris as an actor (though he has proven he can hold his own). The also don't value these kind of low-budget action films. Sad, because no one ever acused them of being 'boring' or lacking in entertainment value. With a few exceptions, the 'Action' genre is cast aside by critics. Films like American Ninja series, Bloodsport, Death Wish series, and practically all of Chuck's films are made for the fans. They are the ones who make these films successful. Critics can stay the hell away!

I've got MIA 1 & 2, they're bad films, but they're good fun to watch. I've always liked oldschool action films like this. They were never bound by the 'Must be a PG-13! Must have a deep, meaningful plot!' mentality that ruins so many of these films made today. They just did what they did for the sake of the killings and the explosions. I'll see if I can get this imported.
You can get "Braddock-M.I.A. III on amazon.uk on dvd at the time of writing this there is a few for sale at the moment, I bought one it is an Italian import with Italian writing on the back but the dvd is region 2 UK & Europe and you can watch the film in English Stereo without fixed subtitles and in anamorphic widescreen.
