Who said that line and to whom?

The guy who wants to catch a pig for Sadie and take her our for a drink "Not with a man covered in pig poop, no sir"!

As she walks off he says "You're gettin' a little above your raisin' if you ask me, Sadie" and then Rose says "You been above your raisin' your while life".
