How much time passed between the beginning and the end of the movie? He goes through two apartments, has his birthday, and rises up in the toy company. Just curious if anyone knows an official answer. Thanks!

It was mentioned they had to wait 6 weeks for the machine, so just over 6 weeks I guess

Yeah, I figured it was 6 weeks - From Early-Mid September to Late October.

From start to finish probably a little more than 2 months.

Keep in mind that his first apartment is a night by night rental. He clearly didn't stay there for a whole month.

He also doesn't "rise up" in the company. He's working on computers for a few days, on a Saturday he runs into the owner of the company in the store and is then offered a job as a VP.
