Lydia turning "NORMIE" made no sense

She LOVED the boring Maylands for the sole reason because they were ghosts.

Beetlejuice interests her as well....but she should be overjoyed to marry a MAGICAL CREEPY dude.

I just don't buy her turning on him and wanting to be stuck with the normal ghosts
