I purchased a VHS tape of this movie for a buck. I just watched it and they cut that part out. I'm guessing it's because the tape I have came out in 1999, after the show became popular, so they wanted to make it more kid friendly. The tape cover says it's rated PG, although this page says it's PG-13.

LOL, as kids my brother and I would repeat that bit all the time, having NO idea we were saying anything wrong. Then I could never figure out why it was cut out when the movie showed on certain channels.

shareI hate when they do that. A similar thing happened with the movie the Santa Clause where they cut out Tim Allen saying, "1800-Spank me? I know that number." because a kid at the time it came out decided to call that number and it was a sex hotline. It's been cut since the movie was on DVD and it's unlikely it will ever be put back in. I will say though that I own the DVD of Beetlejuice and that line is still intact. Also the movie was PG even with the F bomb in it. Even though it was around at the time they didn't use the PG-13 rating much back then.
