This is one of the worst movies I've ever seen.

I saw it on late night TV about 7 years ago and I've always remembered it. So it has that going for it. But nothing else.

Me too! I only remember how awkward the movie was, but I couldn't stop watching it. It stands out but for the wrong reasons.

This movie is a fossil. Yes, it's awful. But it is the stuff of late-night TV movies; easy and cheesy, and stupid enough to be banished to the wee morning hours. There isn't a place for movies like this in the 21st century. But if you were lucky enough to catch this movie in the '90s after a boring SNL episode, it was pretty enjoyable.

I remember hearing about this movie on MTV's 120 Minutes, they talked about the Cro-Mags being in it. (This must have been circa 1986/87, when 120m still played some hardcore and not just milquetoast "college rock".) Then I remember me and a friend rented it once maybe four years after that. Judging from the comments in here, I'd like to say I remember we hated it... but I honestly don't remember anything about what we thought of it, or the movie itself. I think I kinda remember the main character was a pussy...

Three years later I remembered something else... the MTV preview thingy also mentioned that the new kid who arrives at the school is supposed to be the second coming of Jesus Christ. I remember when I saw the movie I kept waiting for that to come up but it never did.
