You know how ARTHUR has that laugh that's really annoying because it's meant to be? In ARTHUR PART 2: ON THE ROCKS, he does it more often, but in scenes where it's supposed to be a normal laugh. And LINDA does it too. That's one of the reasons why only part of the charm of ARTHUR (the movie) is kept here. The plot constantly feels unnecessary and, even though it sets up so much drama, everything is solved way too easily.

Annoying? It's hilarious. That laugh is gold. Get a clue, twit.

I thought I had seen this movie years ago and that I liked it. I just watched it yesterday and it is just SO bad. I gave it a two. I watched it right after "10" and the original "Arthur", which I can practically say word for word. So bad. NO star could have ever saved it.
