In the episode, Kodachrome, I bet what the school board was thinking about Kevin's English teacher, Miss Shaw was this; "She's not working out. Her teaching methods are totally unorthodox. She has got to go. This woman cannot teach the way we need her to teach. We have to fire her. We have no choice." And in the end, when Miss Shaw told her students including Kevin that she wouldn't be teaching at Kevin's school anymore, I thought it was because they fired her. Well, they threatened to fire her but she quit before they even acted on that threat because she knew that her teaching methods were unorthodox.
