How many times was Red Herring ACTUALLY the culprit?

And was it ever when Freddy didn't accuse him?

Once and once :)

Red's aunt's motorcycle was missing, and Fred wanted to accuse Red. However, everyone was so sick of Fred accusing Red that they made him promise not to.

Eventually, Velma realized to her shock that it WAS Red (he was tricking it out for a surprise) and Fred went into hysterics.

I remember that.

Also dont forget their first mystery, Red was the bad guy in their Baby Flash back.

Other then those two times, Red wasn't the monster and/or ghost. Tell that to Fred though.

Fred constantly accusing Red herring of being the monster was annoying at times but eventually the 3rd season had the episode Night of the Boogey Biker in which Red was the culprit.

I actually thought it was hilarious when he kept accusing him, even though Red was the culprit about two or three times, I loved seeing Fred accuse him for some reason, LOL!

I'm surprised there wasn't an episode where Red went along on one of the gang's mysterys, just to say something like, "See Fred, it ain't me! How could it be me if I'm accually here with you guya helping solve this stupid case!?"
