any thoughts about 'friends'? (Orson, U.S. Acres.)

I never quite could get hooked the same way on the other part, or middle part if you will, of the series/show, i'm not saying it's bad, it seemed pretty fun to me. just.. as i said. any thoughts?

the seniors get stoned,
at the retirement home,
look out, here i come,
with white wig and suspenders on,
when the lunch carriage comes up,
will you bring along a bottle with a cup,
seat me by the table,
i'll drink all i'm able,
at the retirement home,
the senior citizens get stoned all day long,
nurse, serve me all kinds of beers,
sitting here, some here wonder around,
but they do that anyhow,
no time to take me out,
get me a drink and i'll just stay here now,
at the retirement home,
where everyone gets stoned.

they were alright, garfield was the real draw, but the cowardly duck (can't remember his name) was the best part for me.

Aah yes, Wade... always the highlight of those segments to me. I found Garfield and U.S. Acres equally enjoyable.

Supermodels...spoiled stupid little stick figures mit poofy lips who sink only about zemselves.

I didn't care much for the U.S. Acres segments at all, I thought Roy the rooster was totally obnoxious and he gets on my nerves easily, I did however love Garfield & Friends

I did not like the U.S. Acres that much when I watched it when I was little, but since I have grown to like them more since watching it on DVD.

Bo would be my favorite with Wade a close second.

Wade is my favorite too.

Yes, it's true! IMDB has reached Sweden!

One of the odd episodes with Wade was The Old Man on the Mountain. Odd because there is no resolution to the plot: Gort has taken over Wade's home. All the other episodes make sure to dispatch of Gort, Mort, and Wart by the end.

I never liked the U.S. Acres at all, I felt they should have devoted the whole show to Garfield and Garfield only.

reply

I don't know... I like "Orson's farm" too. And really, Garfield still had two thirds of the screen time.

I loved U.S. Acres better than Garfield!
